January 24, 2020

Dear Pastor Walker,

The Health and Wellness Ministry would like to extend a heartfelt THANK YOU to you, Mr. Stuckey, Mr. Fitzgerald and equally as important, the congregation of New Philadelphia who took the time to donate blood on last Sunday. Our blood drive, in collaboration with the American Red Cross, demonstrated the epitome of giving and caring. Giving blood saves lives and it is nondiscriminatory. Blood sees no race, religion or social status. Only hope to families that are in need. Our blood drive was deemed a success and it is all because of each and every one of you that donated. We thank those who also had the heart to give, but for whatever the reason, you weren’t able to donate. Hopefully, next year, you’ll be able to donate as well. We are already thinking ahead and planning how to improve our blood drive to make it bigger and better!! Again, we THANK YOU for your commitment to giving; your kindheartedness and your support.

Sincerely,

Cheryl Smith
President, Health & Wellness
