Annual Christmas Tree Decorating Event — All families or individuals are asked bring an ornament, decorated with your family name, for our lighted Christmas Tree. Ornament hanging will begin on Sunday, Dec. 16th. We want full participation. Let’s make this another fun event.

Sharing Opportunities
Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, Mu Epsilon Omega Chapter, Orange County, California and the Lambda Sigma Chapter, University of California, Irvine presents the Emerging Young Leaders Conference, for 6th – 8th grade girls. The conference will be held on Saturday, November 10th, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., New Philadelphia AME Church, Children Church area. The program is designed to extend the vision of the sorority by cultivating and encouraging high scholastic achievement through: 1) Leadership Development, 2) Educational Enrichment, 3) Civic Engagement, and 4) Character Building. The Emerging Young Leaders Program will develop skills and talents of middle school girls with potential for becoming leaders within their local communities, as well as in other venues.
