Rev. Tracy Leggins Brown
Rev.
Tracy Leggins Brown is an anointed teacher and preacher of Gods
Word. She is also a successful career woman, devoted wife and accomplished
author.
A native of Los Angeles, Rev. Brown graduated from George Washington
Preparatory High School. She earned her Bachelors Degree in
Psychology from UCLA, and her Masters Degree in Theology from
Fuller Theological Seminary. She acknowledged her call into the teaching
and preaching ministry in 1991, and was ordained an Elder in the African
Methodist Episcopal (AME) Church, Southern California Conference,
in August 1996.
Rev. Brown is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority. In addition,
she volunteers on several community boards and has participated in
various citywide community and economic development projects. She
is the author of the devotional book: Practical Principles for Powerful
Prayers: a Study and Application of the Model Prayer, which she self-published
in January 2000.
Rev. Brown is joyfully married to Mr. Jeffrey Brown with whom she
was united in holy matrimony on February 2, 2002. She is a woman with
a passion for prayer, a deep love for the Word of God, and a true
commitment to serving the Lord with a joyful heart.
