The supervisors of the legal clinic have a temporary location to conduct the legal clinic until New Philadelphia moves into its permanent space. Carson Hope Community Church is located at 129 East 223rd Street, Carson, CA 90745 where Rev. George Lopez is the Pas- tor. Meeting will be March 14, 2015 from 9:00 - 12 noon. Official Board Meeting, Saturday, January 24th, 10:00 a.m., in the Reach Center.

Paper Shredding— A paper shredding company will be on premises on next Saturday, January 24th from 9:00 a.m. to Noon. If you have personal documents that you would like to shred, bring them. You do not have to remove staples or paper clips from your items. If possible, please put your items in large plastic trash bags. The entire bag will be dropped into the shredder. You can watch your items being shredded on the spot. There is a nominal donation fee of $5.00 for up to two large trash bags; $10.00 for three to five large trash bags, and $15.00 for six or more large bags.

“Time To Take A Stand”, A Tribute to Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Friday, January 16th, 6:00 p.m,, Juanita Millendar-McDonald Community Center at Carson. Pastor Darryl Walker is participating in this program along with Dr. Willie Hagan, President of California State University Dominguez Hills and others. Admission is free. Come out and enjoy the event and support our Pastor.

LA’s renown jazz host., Mr. James Janisse, will M.C. Anna Moore, Hermon Molette, Pastor Walker, and the NuPhilly Choir will also perform.
